This is God's desire for us: not partial commitment, but complete transformation. Fire changes everything it touches; the Holy Spirit does the same to surrendered hearts. Yet how often does our "old self" stick its head back above water, especially under stress? When pressure comes, who reappears—the transformed you or the old you? Today, ask God to keep you fully immersed in His Spirit. Surrender those areas where you keep resurfacing. Let His fire burn away what needs to go and refine what remains.
